1. When you order a steak at a restaurant in Western countries, the waiter will normally ask you~
   How would you like it done ? This means he wants to know whether you would like the steak
   to be cooked rare, medium-rare, medium, or well-done.
2. In Western cooking, meat is classified as red meat which includes beef and lamb, or white meat
   which includes chicken, pork and veal.
3. When you ask customers what food they wish to order, you say:
    What would you like to eat ? have (for dinner), Sir / Madam ?
    Would you like to order now?
    Can I take your order?
   If you are not sure what to order, you can ask:
    What do you recommend?
   Anything to recommend?
   When you want to order something, you can say:
   I'd like to have ...
    ... XYZ ... for me, please.
   I think I'll try the / some ...
