This standard specifies the basic technical requirements, operation modes, operating, operation monitoring,maintenance for hydro-generator, and basic criteria for handling abnormal operations and accidents. Tlus standard is applicable to 3-phase 50 Hz salient-pole synchronized hydro-generators with a rated capacity of 25 MV·A or greater (the rated capacity for bulb hydro-generator is 10 MV·A or greater)(hereinafter referred to as generator) connected directly to turbine.

《DL/T 751—2014 水轮发电机运行规程(英文版)》: 3.4.8 If the enclosed busbar of generator passes through fire proof wall or floor, fire proof plate or material shall be used for blocking which shall be inspected whether in a good condition during operation.3.4.9 The voltage transformer, high voltage fuse and arrester, etc. matched with enclosed busbar shall be set in the cabinet, which is connected with the enclosed busbar through insulation sleeve or isolating plate to prevent in-cabinet fault spreading to bus.3.4.10 For the generator unit newly being put into operation, foundation sedimentation during operation or enclosed busbar displacement or deformation triggered by other causes shall be noted which may result in the crack of welding line of busbar shell or expansion joint or the deformation ofinsulating sealing material.3.4.11 It shall be checked periodically whether the steel structure near generator outgoing terminal or isolated phase busbar interface is heated and necessary measures shall be taken based on the heating degree.3.5 Computer supervision and control system(CSCS)3.5.1 The generator shall be fitted with necessary automation devices(CSCS included), automation measuring elements and other on-line monitoring control devices and instruments in a'ccordance with standards GB/T 11805, DL/T 556, DL/T 578, DL/T 1107, DL/T 5065, DL/T 5137, DL/T 5345, DL/T 5412 and DL/T 5413.3.5.2 The measurement signals such as the signal about reactive, active power, circuit breaker information,vibration, runout, measuring point temperature, cooling, sealing and lubrication media parameters shall be connected to a monitoring system, which will trigger the display and sound ofoff-limit alarm and state alarm of generator. The relevant information can be checked in the monitoring system. 3.5.3 The monitoring system can automatically control generator unit startup, grid connection, reactive and active load regulation, shutdown, condenser operation, etc. and automatically monitor control sequence. In case of failure of automatic control, manual operation can be switched. Upon the requirements of power dispatch department, the monitoring system shall be capable in automatic generation control, AGC and automaticvoltage control, AVC and the generator with power system stabilizer and primary frequency control shall be able to monitor and record the operation state ofpower system stabilizer and primary frequency control.3.5.4 For the computer monitoring system with automatic generation control function, the generator unit within the prescribed power regulation scope shall follow the control command issued by the power dispatch department and adjust the power generation according to the regulation speed.3.5.5 For the computer monitoring system with automatic voltage control function, it shall receive the control command issued by the power dispatch department and be capable of real-time supervision of the stationbusbar voltage and the reactive status of each unit and automatically regulate the reactive power distribution of each unit.3.5.6 For the station responsible for frequency and peak load regulation, governor system and excitation system of generator shall receive the automatic generation control command, automatic voltage control command, and primary frequency control command issued by the computer monitoring system to regulate the reactive and active power.3.5.7 The computer monitoring system is powered by reliable standby power. The mainframe monitoring system shall be set with uninterrupted power supply, UPS. Local control unit, LCU shall be set with two sets of power, AC and DC standby power supply. The technical properties of monitoring system shall comply with standards DL/T 578 and DL/T 5345.3.5.8 The generator shall be set with fire alarm and extinguishing system in accordance with standards DL/T 5345 and DL/T 5412. The simulation test items and cycle shall be specified in the on-site operation regulation.3.5.9 The important circuit breaker information and measuring data of generator are transmitted to the power dispatch department through an automation system as required. The configuration and operation maintenance of communication equipment, data transmission channel, power monitoring system and safety protection device shall comply with relevant requirements ofthe power dispatch.3.5.10 The computer monitoring system for centralized control which monitors and controls hydropower station generators and the operation parameters, data information and control targets of generator submitted by each hydropower station shall comply with standards DL/T 578 and DL/T 5345. In the meanwhile, the following restriction and protection measures shall be set: a)The setting of hydropower station shall have protection measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of generator and prevent mistaken permission regulation, rationally restrict permission setting, control principle, target value limit, validity and gradient restriction; b)The locking condition and function quit condition shall be set at hydropower station to prevent mistaken operation; c)Automatic switch and alarm scheme for permission regulation shall be formulated to prevent the malfunction of communication channel between hydropower station and centralized control and power dispatch department. ……
