Equinox出版社成立于2003年，是英国一家独立的学术出版社。出版的图书和期刊涵盖语言学、文化史、考古学、神学等多个学术领域。 J. R. Martin为澳大利亚悉尼大学语言学教授，研究方向主要有功能语法、话语分析、语类等。David Rose为悉尼大学研究员，研究方向有读写能力和教师教育、语言与文化语境等。
