插图:The core contents of nanometer technique is that how can solve a problem for its aggregate. It is very difficult to get single and dispersive nanometer granule as it is aggregated of itself very easy and the key of the nanometer technique is to disperse and homogenize the nanometer granule to a matrix. There are two ways that can industrialize nanometer material according to the report of application and research for nanometer technique. One is the bedded insertion technique, that means to make the base granule which has certain solid density and equal size with n-MM'r processed by bedded insertion, then mix and granulate it so that can solve the problem which nanometer material is not homogeneous to disperse and get compound nanometer material; Two is to use vibratory mill dispersion to homogenize nanometer material in matrix, its aggregation is not formed in main and the dispersion is in nanometer level.Nanometer plastic means that the matrix must be macromolecular polymer. Nanometer plastic has been improved for heat resistance, climate proof and abrasion resistance by the way that nanometer granule is dispersed in plastic resin fully. Nenometer plastic can get the rigidity and heat resistance that it is like ceramics and also has original property of plastic as tenacity and high impact resistance. Now NPE, NPET and NPA6 modified by nanometer granule can be industrialized.
